Motor Vehicle Accidents

What to Do?  If you have been in an accident, try to obtain as much information as you can about the accident and the parties involved, including the following:

• Names, addresses, phone numbers and insurance information for all of the drivers and vehicle owners involved in the accident
• Names, addresses, and phone numbers of any potential witnesses
• Information about the accident scene, such as the position of the cars and photographs of the scene and vehicles involved
